BRIAN KELLY
Brian Kelly joined the RBT team in April 2012 as VP of Operations. He brings nine years of warehouse management experience to RBT where he handles the day-to-day operations of their multiple locations and employees across the United States. Prior to joining RBT, Brian was the operations manager for Cover Ups in Roswell, GA where he implemented new warehouse controls while drastically improving the efficiency of the warehouse.Brian graduated from Middle Tennessee with his Master’s in Business Administration in Management as well as his Bachelors in Marketing. Brian was also a 4-year Letterman for the football team. Brian currently resides in Woodstock with his wife and four children.
GREG KARAMBELAS
With nearly three decades of experience in transportation and logistics, Greg brings a wealth of industry expertise and a track record of impactful leadership. Known for his commitment to safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency, Greg will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and fuel company growth. Greg is passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and empowering his staff to succeed. Prior to joining BWT, he served as Terminal Operations Director for one of the largest trucking companies in the nation. A proud University of Georgia alumnus, Greg lives in Loganville, GA with his wife and their three children.
TASHONDA TUCKER
TaShonda has over 12 years in the human resources field and is a Valdosta State and Troy University alumna. She is an AIRS certified recruiter and has earned her HR certification from both the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources Certification Institute. TaShonda prides herself on being an advocate for employees, processes, and procedures and enjoys solving problems, researching employment challenges and playing matchmaker for candidates and companies. She is passionate about creating equitable and transparent work environments in which all employees can succeed. She is based in Atlanta, GA.
ANTHONY WILLIAMS
Anthony (Tony) Williams joined the Red Baron team on 14th June 2022 and serves as the company’s Senior Safety Manager. Anthony has over 25 years of experience in Transportation as a Safety and Transportation Manager. Anthony is also a proud retired and dedicated military veteran with 20 years of service in the United States Army. He attributes his tremendous drive and leadership qualities to his military training. He thrives on challenges as he aspires to ensure that the company complies and adheres to DOT, Occupational Health, and Safety (OHS) guidelines. Anthony has also acquired his Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s in Leadership.
